Pure Virgin Despina Hymn to the Blessed Virgin 7 ′
The Hymn Pure Virgin Despina is a non-liturgical (not part of a sequence) hymn, which he composed Saint Nektarios of Aegina in the 19th century, during his tenure as director of the Theological Department, at the Rizario School in Athens.
Tradition wants it Virgin Mary, to appear before him Saint Nektarios in the monastery of Aegina, and asking him to write down one on paper special hymn, where angelic choirs they were ready to chant him.
