Ὦ τρισμακάριστε Σταυρέ και πανσεβάσμιε, σέ προσκυνοῦμεν οἱ πιστοί και μεγάλύνομεν, ἀγαλλόμενοι τῇ θείᾳ σου ἀνυψώσει.

Ἀλλ 'ὡς τρόπαιον καί ὅπλον ἀπροσμάχητον, περιφρούρει τε και σκέπε τῇ σῇ χάριτι, τους σοί κράνοντας · χαῖρε, Ξύλον μακάριον.
