Mount Athos Olives

Mount Athos olives, which are collected by the monks of the Holy Monastery of Xenophon with their hands from the over millennial olive grove of the Monastery.

Traditional processing of fermentation and fermentation that lasts up to 4 months, at no stage from production to packaging are used preservatives or chemicals.

Thanks to the polyphenols they contain, olives have strong antioxidant activity, as well as important anti-inflammatory properties.
Olives also contain vitamin E and other antioxidants, linoleic acid, which is especially beneficial for young children.
