For the treatment of insomnia, stress and nervous tension, relaxing blood vessels, antispasmodic, antidepressant.

Ingredients: Tincture valerian, lavender and honeysuckle.

Dosage: indicative 1-3 tbsp. per case. If the dose is small to give effect, up to 2 tbsp can be administered. per case.

When we are in a constant state of tension or we want to achieve prolonged antidepressant action, we can take 3 tbsp, 1 morning-1 noon-1 night, for a period of 2-3 weeks.

If we want to continue, we need to take a break for a week.
