Mount Athos Nettle Herb 100 gr

Reduces urination acid. Antianemic, tonic, astringent antidiarrheal, antirheumatic. Stimulates the liver, the bile, the inside. Contains vitamins, chlorophyll, iron, trace elements. Diuretic, antidiabetic, stimulant.

Dosage: 1 teaspoon for each cup of tea.

Preparation of extract (tea): Put the herb in a container, add hot water and leave it covered 5΄ to 10΄. We drain it. If we want, we add honey or sugar.

NOTE: It is good to avoid using the same herb regularly, for a long time; but to alternate.
