The Moscholivano it is ground natural tear frankincense, which has been fermented with a special incense-making aroma.

It is produced in 20 different aromas and is fermented with a special technique. In this specific incense, the fragrance content is 120 g per kilogram.

The word incense in Greek it is a corruption of the Arabic word luban, which literally means milk, since the knots of frankincense on the tree resemble milk, like that of the fig tree.

The collection of these knots or tears is done in the same way as mastic is collected in Chios, i.e. making incisions in the bark of the tree.

These incisions are made at certain times of the year and after taking the incense they are left to recover for five to seven years.
