Agioreitiko Diktamo 100g of Xenophontos Holy Monastery. Tea: Soothes them stomach aches and intestine. Is eustomacho and very digestible. It is a diuretic antiseptic against nervous headaches.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon for each cup of tea.
Preparation of extract (tea): Put the herb in a container, add hot water and leave it covered 5΄ to 10΄. We drain it. If desired, add honey. Sugar.
NOTE: It is advisable to avoid using the same herb regularly, for a long time, but to switch.
