Little Aurelia, raised in a rich family Istanbul, a courageous and faithful Christian, sells her possessions and makes the big decision to dedicate her life to offering to her neighbor.

With perseverance, patience and faith travels around the world conveying the message of sacrificial love. The stops of her trip to Europe and Asia, but the place that stigmatized her was India.

At night I have found a nice way to sleep, guys! I forgive them all one by one and bless them. And then, you know, I sleep like a bird. Sometimes I want to save humanity again, and everyone says to me: Are you alone?

Her whole life found meaning in the leprous and impoverished Indians. With her hands she heals their body, with her words she comforts their soul and, knowing Christ, she becomes for them a candle of prayer and love.

Her work is recognized by the Orthodox Church, she receives the blessing of becoming a nun and continues participating in missions of the Foreign Mission where she openly teaches Orthodox asceticism, helping the pastoral work of many Metropolises Abroad.

Her life ends simply and humbly in old age in Leros, after first laying the foundation stone for the founding of the Holy Monastery of Our Lady of the Angels.
