Recipe for a convenient 1 hour
Prayer before we start, according to the Athonite standard
At Mount Athos, before they start kneading, they light a clean candle of the Holy Table and the Priest Incense while chanting the apolytic of Agios Tychonas. Then, at the time of kneading, they sing the Greetings of the Most Holy Theotokos. The candle must burn until the appropriate one comes out of the Oven

From the previous night we reheat the yeast as in the bread. The next day we sift the flour in a bowl, make a puddle in the middle and pour in the yeast.
Dissolve the salt in as much water as needed to make the dough firm. Pour the water into the bowl and knead for about 20 minutes.
Then cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough for 15 minutes. Knead again for 10 minutes and cover again for another 10 minutes. Knead third and last time for 20 minutes.
Execution of the Recipe.
We shape two balls and stick them on top of each other. Press the seal firmly on the upper ball. Thus a suitable is formed.
We do the same, ώwhen the dough is finished. Put the offerings in a floured pan, cover them with a clean towel and leave them in a warm place, until they swell.
With a fine needle we pierce the offerings in the four corners of the seal and in the middle (superficially not all the way down).
Then bake for about 45 minutes if possible.
